Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old to create a SwingRally account. Younger players may take part only where an organizer records them through a guardian. Sign-in is through Google, Apple or Microsoft; you are responsible for that account.
Two roles, one account
Any account can organize and play. Organizers are responsible for their club, their sessions, their prices, their venue and the people they admit; SwingRally is not a party to the activity.
Money
Session fees, passes and entry fees are set by the organizer and paid to the organizer — by e-transfer or cash — never to SwingRally. SwingRally's own fee (a one-off per tournament, from an organizer's second tournament on) is stated on the pricing page; drop-in management is free. Refund rules for a session are the organizer's, shown before you join.
Conduct
Be decent: no harassment, no abuse of other people's data, no circumventing another person's block. Organizers may remove or block players from their own series; we may suspend accounts or series that break these terms.
Content and reviews
Reviews are from verified attendees only, under first name and initial. Organizers may reply, never delete; we moderate reports of abuse.
Liability
The software is provided as is. Playing sport carries risk; the organizer's waiver (if any) governs that. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the product at least 14 days ahead.
