Privacy — in plain words

Name and email from your social sign-in, a display name, your language, and — optionally — a level. Display names are shown to organizers whose sessions you join and on public reviews (first name + initial).

Consent-first and coarse: stored only when you opt in (browser prompt or a typed area), rounded to about 1 km, never displayed to any other user or organizer, never exported, deleted in one tap — and used solely to rank nearby listings. A city you type while signed out is kept only for that visit and never stored.

What you joined, how you paid, and whether you attended — visible to you and to that club's organizers only. A payment screenshot you attach to “I've sent it” is readable by you and that club's admins only, never on any public surface, and purged 30 days after the payment is settled.

Who follows a series, a club or a place is visible to no other user and no organizer — organizers see a count only. Follows are deletable in one tap and never exported.

Night reviews are public, from verified attendees, under first name + initial. Your reliability record (attendance, on-time payment) is computed per club and shown to you in full; organizers of that club see it too. Organizer notes about a player are private to that club's admins, factual, and you may request them.

A “report a problem” goes to the organizer (and, on escalation, our staff) only; the reported person is never shown it. Reports are kept for moderation and purged with the club's data.

In-app notifications are always on; email and push are your choice. Quiet hours are respected except for urgent notices about a session you're in.

Export your data and delete your account from your settings at any time; deletion is a soft-delete followed by a purge. Organizers get their club's data on offboarding. We keep GDPR / PIPEDA-aligned records of processing.

Account data for as long as your account exists; payment proof 30 days after settlement; session-scoped location for the visit only; reports until the club's data is purged; audit trails of organizer actions for as long as the club exists.
