Sport, name, day & time, dates, address, price, spots — post. Everything else has a sensible default you can change later. One QR for the whole season, and it never expires — tape it to the door: scan → sign in → pick a date → pay.
Tap a date, join, pay — by e-transfer or cash at the desk; no card fees, the club keeps every dollar. Full night? The waitlist promotes automatically. Regulars buy a 5- or 10-session pass that holds their seat every week. Unpaid holds remind themselves; players tap “I've sent it” and you confirm in one tap — you never chase money.
A season pass holds a seat every week (capped, so newcomers still get in), a standing booking for everyone else, a session credit when life happens — skip by your cutoff and it isn't counted — and a reminder the day before with the exact address. Players who came rate the night; you reply, never delete — and you see, privately, who shows up and pays on time.
Tap a name — they're in (and paid, if it's cash). Roster with paid / pass / hold chips, walk-ups; flip on a mixer court board that rotates partners (mirrored to the big screen) or casual scoring with a night leaderboard. Attendance feeds a no-show count — you decide, the platform never auto-bans.

Drop-in listings are public by default — they exist to fill spots. Flip any series to link-only whenever you like.
Every organizer gets a practice series — seeded with fake regulars to your exact settings. Post, run a night, break things. Watermarked, nothing sends, never public, never billed.
The full tournament toolkit — registration and partner invites, draws, collision-free scheduling, live scoring, self-publishing results — is the next act. Drop-in launches first; the tournament product follows with its own beta. We never promise what isn't proven, so this card stays “coming” until it's live.
Your first tournament will run free end-to-end; from the second on it's a one-off per event — never a subscription. Schools and universities play free.
